ANNUAL LLECTION OF OFFICERS. The annual meeting of ! the Okaiawa Anglican Guild was held at the residence of Mrs. J. C. Barclay. The Rev. G. C. Blathwayt presided over the meeting. ' - The resignation of Mrs. E. J. Mortimer was accepted with regret, the position of vice-president being filled by Mrs. J. Jolinstone. The following officers were electedl: — Deputy-president, Mrs. J. C. Barclay; vice-president, Mrs. J. Johnstone; secretary, Mrs. D, JEdtvards. At the monthly' meeting which follow - cd gifts for the annual bazaar were brought by the members, and the woi-k of the year was discussed. Personal News. Mr. and Mrs. Sharpe, who, were Mrs. Warnock's guests, have retnrned to Otaki after a tour of the north. Messrs. S. Cleaver and R. Ravyson are visiting Waikato. Mrs. Crocker is visiting Wellington. Miss M. Barclay is visiting New Plymouth. Miss Buckley and Miss R. Houlahan, Wanganui, were visitors to Okaiawa.
