SHIPPING FIRM ACCOUNTS CASE. COURT GRANTS ADJOURNMENT.

Wellington, April 28. With a view to arriving at a settlement an adjournment sine die was taken in the Supreme Court to-day in the Eckford family dispute in which two sisters seek an order for the accounts and an inquiry into the conduct of the shipping business established by their father. The defendant is their brother, Charles Alexander Eclcford, shipping manager, Blenheim. Mrs. S. A. Mutton, Perth, another sister, was to-day joined as a plaintiff by consent
