Ttf'OTICE is hereby given tliat the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Members will be held at the Borough Council Chamber, New Plymouth, on TUESDAY, April 27, 1937, at 7.30 p.m. BUSINESS: To receive report of the year's work and to consider the Balance Sheet. To consider and if thought fit to adopt the following resolutions, namely, (a) That Rule 4 be amended by deleting the words "The Branch year commences on the 1st day of July and all annual subscriptions paid prior to the 1st day of July, 1935, shall entitle the subscribers to membership of the Branch until ! tlie 30th day of June, 1936" and substituting the following words:— "The current Branch year shall expire on the 31st day of March, 1938, and thereafter the Branch year shall commence on the 1st day of April in each year and expire on the 31st day of March following."
