Malcolm, once a prominent Rugby player in New Zealand and now manager of the New Zealand Government Tourist and Trade Bureau at Melbourne, visited New Plymouth yesterday, in the course of conducting a party of tourists from the Strathaird through Taranaki. Mr. Malcolm has not lost all association with the Rugby code as he is refereeing at Rugby at Melbourne. He says the code is progressing steadily there in spite of the strong position occupied by the Australian code.
