DUTCH COMPANY’S DECISION. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Rec. 6.30 p.m. New York, Oct. 25. Mr. Albert Plesman, managing director of Royal Dutch Airlines, said to-day that his company would link with the projected pan-American Pacific service at Manila to fly the 1600 miles route to Java.
