A message from Trenton (New Jersey) says the the, Court of Errors and Appeals has issued a stay of the execution of Bruno Hauptmann indefinitely, granting him an opportunity to appeal against his conviction for the Lindbergh kidnapping murder to the United States Supreme Court.
