POSSIBILITY IN CANADA. MR. MACKENZIE’S FORECAST. . By Telegraph—" Press Assn.—Copyright. ..Rec. 10 p.ni. Ottawa, Sept. 3. Mr. Mackenzie King in an address predicted that the Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, will propose a National Government when he opens the election campaign. Those now advocating a National Government were preparing the way for Mr. Bennett, said Mr. King, who warned the electors against the clouding of the issue.
