COMMUNISTS RAIDED
ACTION IN SPAIN AND AUSTRIA. , DYNAMITING OF A RAILWAY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Vienna, Sept 1. Following a Communist demonstration in which a Communist was killed, the police raided Communist districts, arrested 100 and discovered numerous bombs. A Madrid cable states that 30 Communists were arrested at Vigo following the dynamiting of a railway, bringing traffic to a standstill.
