RESULTS OF BOGEY MATCH. Owing to the inclement weather on Saturday morning the first round of the Weston Cup match at Ngamotu was postponed and a bogey match was substituted. Despite the conditions the scoring, especially in the senior division, was good. Following are the best cards:— Senior: J. M. Blakeney 4 up, R. A. Boon 3 up, F. E. Quin 1 up, R. M. Monteath 2 down, J. McNeill 3 down, G. M. Chong 3 down, J. M. Clarke 3 down, J. S. Thomson 3 down, T. A. Thomson 3 down. Junior: J. Power 1 down, F. V. Sole 3 down, A. L. Humphries 3 down, J. M. O’Reilly 3 down. H. BULLIN THE WINNER COOK AND LISTER CUP EVENT. WESTOWN CLUB MATCHES. The semi-finals and finals of the Cook and Lister Cup were played at Westown during the week-end. In the semi-finals J. Lobb beat C. Sole 5 and 4 and H. Bullin beat W. Phillips 4 and 3. The final between Lobb and Bullin was well contested for the first 11 holes when the game was all square. Bullin then proceeded to win the next four holes and the game 4 up and 3 to play. Mr. W. H. Broome refereed the final. A team, from Fitzroy visited Waitara during the week-end and found the Waitara side too strong, suffering defeat by nine games to five. Results, Fitzroy players being mentioned first, are:— Clark and Huxford v. W. H. Fuller and Wills, lost 4 and 3 in the morning, all square in the afternoon. Sutherland and Granger v. E. George and Nichols in morning and W. R. Fuller in afternoon, lost 4 and 2, lost 2 and 1. S. Holden and C. Pullen v. K. Lye and Hurley, won 3 and 2, won 2 and 1. C. Hall and J. Holden v. Purdie and Slade, won one, lost 1 down. H. Roberts and S. Rollo v. S. George and J. George, lost 1 down, lost 2 down. J. Medhurst and G. Richardson v. Sampson and another, lost 3 and 1. V.
