WAITARA
’ Mrs. A. R- Smith, Gisborne,- is. staying with her sister, Mrs. T. Carr. . „ Mrs. I. Prichard entertained a number of young people, last Saturday night. Mrs. Tocher and Miss M. Tocher left on Thursday for Normanby, where they will live in future.
Miss Jean Jupp has returned from a visit to Hamilton. Mrs. Bullen left during the week to take up her residence at Eltham. Miss Nancy Tate is the guest of Mrs. R. Tate.
Mrs. G. Topless, who has been on a motoring tour of the Wellington district, has returned and L. : taken up her residence at Waitara.
