Miss R. Rae, who is to be married in the near future, was tendered a kitchen evening in the Uruti hall on Thursday, a large ,number attending., . Dancing and cards were enjoyed. Mr. D. Butt asked Miss Rae to accept the presents. Mr. D. MacDonald replied. The music for the dancing was supplied by Mr. L. Edwin and Mr. R. Oxenham was master of ceremonies.
