DRAMATIC FINISH
McCONACHY DEFEATS LINDRUM. BILLIARD MATCH AT WELLINGTON. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Aug. 1. Finishing dramatically with a break of 686, Clark McConachy last night beat Walter Lindrum by 503 points at the conclusion of a nine days’ billiards match. McConachy’s score was 13,869 and Lindrura’s 13,366.
