MONARCHIST SUCCESS

NEW GREEK CABINET FORMED. ATTITUDE TOWARDS PLEBISCITE. By Telegraph—Press Assn-Copyright. Rec. 7.0 p.m. Athens, July 19. Being unable to induce the Prime Minister, M. Tsaldaris, to force the republican Ministers to resign or to depart from neutrality in the forthcoming "restoration of monarchy” .plebiscite, the Monarchist deputy-Prime Minister and Minister of War, General Kondylis, has resigned. M. Tsaldaris has reconstructed the Cabinet, dropping all Ministers who had pronounced themselves publicly in favour of either a monarchy or the public, except General Kondylis, whose retention is regarded as a victory for the Monarchists, although M. Tsaldaris declares the new Ministry will remain neutral regarding the monarchy during the plebiscite period. Meanwhile the city is buzzing with rumours of an impending monarchist coup de’etat.
