HABEAS CORPUS PROCEEDINGS. COURT RESERVES ITS DECISION. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The hearing of an application on behalf of Madge Munro for the issue of a writ of habeas corpus in connection with extradition proceedings was continued before the full Court of Appeal to-day. After hearing legal argument the court reserved its decision.
