A small car driven by Miss Halley, Ohakune, overturned when negotiating a bend at the railway -crossing at OhaU yesterday afternoon ahd the driver received a scalp wound that necessitated removal to hospital. A passenger. Miss Kennedy, of 182 Armagh Street, Christchurch, received slight concussion, but was able to proceed on the journey in another car. It appears that the car skidded on wet bitumen and overturned. The body of the vehicie was a total wreck.
