FUTURE OF BRITISH TERRITORY. ANTICIPATION BY PREMIER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 7 p.m. Cape Town, April 24. The Premier of Southern Rhodesia, Mr. G. M. Huggins, before flying to England,/foreshadowed a United States of Africa to be formed of all the British territories of the south and east. He anticipated that primarily Rhodesia and Nyasaland would be united, and then the eastern territories. . He hoped to discuss the possibilities in England.
