Red Rufus made the running to the straight, Sunny Sky and Speed following in that order. Sunny Sky ran a bit wide entering the straight, allowing Speed to slip through between Red Rufus and Sunny Sky. Speed had the measure of the opposition half way down the straight and won nicely by three-quarters of a length from Sunny Sky, who beat Red Rufus by half a length. MAIDEN SCURRY. Of £55.
