TRUST MONEY THEFT
FORMER SOLICITOR GUILTY. BREACH AT PALMERSTON NORTH. By Telegraph—Press Association. ' Palmerston N., Last Night. Allan James McLeavey, a former solicitor at Palmerston Norti\ was found guilty in the Supreme Court of the theft of £942 from trust moneys in the estate of Walter Lewis Child. McLeavey will be sentenced to-morrow.
