SCHEME FOR RATIONALISATION. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. British Wireless. Rugby, Jan. 14. Leading representatives of 18 countries took part in the discussion at a preliminary meeting of an international shipping conference, which opened today at London under the chairmanship of Lord Essendon. It was agreed to prepare a draft scheme of rationalisation for consideration by constituents and subsequent consideration by the full conference.
