HUNDREDS OF ARRESTS EXECUTIONS IN SECRET MORAL OFFENCES CHARGE SOME HIGHER OFFICIALS By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright Rec. 12.30 a.m. London, Dec. 27. Prague newspapers report regarding the new Nazi “purge” in Germany that 230 leaders, Stormtroops, Black Guards and a number of high Nazi officials were arrested and executed in the first fortnight of December. Another rumour estimates the arrests in Germany in the past month ait between 1000 and 4000. The purge is reported to have began with the arrest of Herr Brueckner, former Governor of Silesia, and 50 of his supporters “for moral offences.”
