BEAR OF OAKLAND’S DEPARTURE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Dec. 27. Having received a wireless message from Rear-Admiral R. E. Byrd to await tractor parts due by the Mariposa at Auckland on Saturday, the Bear of Oakland will now not sail till December 31 or January 1.
