JUDGMENT FOR CREDITORS.

NEW PLYMOUTH COURT SITTING.

Judgment by default was given by Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., yesterday in the New Plymouth Magistrate’s Court in the following claims for debt: J. B. MacEwan v. C. Ross, £1 13s 6d (costs 275). John Clarke, a watersider, was ordered to pay the Taranaki Hospital Board £l6 5s (£1 Is) forthwith, in default ten days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on the payment of £1 a month, the first payment to be made at the end of this month.

L. E. Lethbridge, a single farm labourer, was ordered to pay the Taranaki Hospital Board £lO 3s (15s 6d) forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on the payment of £1 & month, the first payment to be made at the end of this month.

DaVid O’Neill, a married, watersider, was ordered to pay the Taranaki Hospital Board £l4 9s (£1) forthwith, in default ten days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on the payment of 10s a month, the first payment to be made at the end of next month.
