DOMINION BUTTER
ADVERTISEMENT IN BRITAIN. NURSE’S TRAINING TEXT BOOK. A testimonial to the quality of New Zealand butter that is all the more effective for being neither solicited or inspired is referred to in a letter received by Mr. E. C. Hayton, New Plymouth. Mr. Hayton’s daughter, who recently trained as a nurse at the New Plymouth public hospital, is now occupying the position of staff nurse in an English hospital. Writing to her father she states:— “Yesterday I was looking at the text book the nurses in training use, and in the chapter on ‘vitamins’ I was interested to see the value of using New Zealand butter in the winter stressed ‘as the cows are pasture fed, and the butter contains twice as much vitamin A as that made from milk from stall-fed cows. “I often see the advertisements of New Zealand butter and cheese,” Miss Haytor. added, “and it gives me quite a thrill.
