LONDON ELECTRICITY
CO-ORDINATION OF DISTRIBUTION.
SUPPLY COMPANIES’ COMMITTEE.
(British Official Wireless.) Rec. 5.5 pm. Rugby, Nov. 17. Six London electricity supply companies, with a total capital of £10,000,000, have set up a committee to co-ordinate distribution of central London’s electricity by closer co-operation. It is hoped ultimately to reduce the charges to the consumer and make them uniform. All companies will have a common voltage and big mechanical changes will be required.
