NORTHERN GROCERS’ WAITING. FURTHER ACTION POSTPONED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. — Copyright. London, Nov. 13. The Northern Council of the Grocers’ Association passed a resolution regretting that the Commonwealth had not yet reached a decision regarding cotton tariffs, but as the Cabinet was only recently formed it was decided again to postpone retaliatory action.
