Following are the fixtures for civil hearings in the present sessions of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth:— To-day: Elizabeth Leggett v. James Mottershead Collins; claim for £lOOO damages for loss of husband through Injuries received in motor accident. To-morrow: Mary Beadle v. Sydney Roy Lovell; claim for £1250 damages for loss of husband through injuries received in motor accident. Kathleen Mary Boswell v. Ernest Hedley Martin; claim for £450 general damages and £207 10s 6d special damages for injuries received in motor collision. Friday: Godfrey E. I. Bigham v. Andrew Norton Young; claim for £123 0s 9d special damages, £5OO for partial incapacity and permanent injury, and £250 general damages. Monday, Nov. 19: Joseph Collins v. James Phillip Nicholas; claim for £5OO general damages and £lOO special damages for alleged assault. Tuesday, Nov. 20: Peter Scott Finlayson v.
