WIDESPREAD ARRESTS EFFECTED. ANNIVERSARY TROUBLES FEARED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. .7 p.m. London, Nov. 12. Austria is seething with unrest, states the Daily Mail’s Vienna correspondent. Eight hundred Communists and Socialists have been arrested as a precaution to avoid demonstrations on November 12, the anniversary of the founding of the Republic and the streets are heavily guarded. There have been occasional disturbances in the suburbs. Shots were fired and a policeman was injured.
