ESPIONAGE BY NAZIS
ALLEGATIONS MADE BY OUTCAST. ENGLAND’S PART IN PLEBISCITE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Nov. 8. Prince Hubert Loewenstein, who has arrived from the Saar, whither he will return in a week, declares that London is full of Nazi spies and that dozens are parading* Piccadilly day and night. Prince Loewenstein, whose name appears on the latest list of Nazi outcasts whom Herr Hitler has deprived of their citizenship and property, says Herr Hitler’s spy system in the Saar is the most complete ever invented. A spy is detailed to every block of houses. The only hope for fair play in the plebiscite lies with England, whose moral prestige is at present overwhelming.
