PRINTER’S CONTRACT

COURT’S DECISION RESERVED. SUIT OF AN ELECTROTYPER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. After Mr. Justice Reed had heard legal argument in the Supreme Court to-day in the case in which David Simpson, electrotyper, claimed £2OOO damages from Vickery and Inkersell, Ltd., process engravers, Wellington, for alleged breach of contract of employment, His Honour reserved his decision on the question of a non-suit.

The case was adjourned by His Honour after counsel intimated that the parties would discuss a settlement out of count. The judge suggested certain terms of settlement for consideration by the litigants.
