MR. DAVID JONES’ CRITICISM. NEW ZEALAND MAY RETALIATE. '■ / By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Received 10.55 p.m. Victoria (British Columbia), Oct. 5. “New Zealand is getting tired of the way in which Canada is carrying on,” Mr. David Jones, of Canterbury, New Zealand, told newspapermen to-night, following his arrival by the Niagara. “Unless the spirit of the Ottawa agreements is more liberally interpreted in this country it will not be long before we will be compelled to adopt measures which will be more to our advantage.”
