LARGE CORTEGE AT GISBORNE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. The funeral of Jack Ruru, the Maori footballer who died from injuries received in a match at Rotorua, was one of the largest seen in the district. Maoris from far and near attended the ceremony, and Government departments, local bodies and sports organisations were represented.
