Frank Parker (Virginia) beat Roderick Menzel (Czecho-Slovakia) 3—6, 7—5, 6—3, 6—2 and Vernon Kilby (South Africa) defeated Donald Budge (California) 4—6, 6—4, 6—4, 6—4, in fourth round matches to-day.
