An article in Popolo d’ltalia, believed to have been inspired or .written by Signor Mussolini, argues that the German people show innumerable symptoms of degeneration. It states that the feebleminded alone number 800,000, and epileptics 100,000, while 300,000 are affected by various forms of mental disease.
