MONUMENT TO UNKNOWN SOLDIER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Vienna, Sept. 9. A monument to Austria’s Unknown Soldier, the first war memorial constructed in Vienna, was unveiled in the presence of Dr. Schuschnigg, the Chancellor, members of the Hapsburg family and the diplomatic corps. The monument consists of a hall open to the sky.
