PROFESSIONAL DRAW ANNOUNCED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Toronto, Aug. 15. It was announced to-day that Eric Phelps (England) will meet Bobby Pearce, and Barry (England) will meet Bill Miller (Philadelphia), in the draw for the world’s professional sculling title. The first two heats will be rowed on August 24. All the participants are under intensive training.
