HUGE CARRY-OVER OF WHEAT

Department of Agriculture officials to-day envisaged a 340,000,000 bushel wheat carry-over into 1935 and studied the export markets in an endeavour to hold the carry-over. to 250,000,000 bushels at July 1, 1935, but it was realised the export policy hangs on the outcome of the Rome international wheat conference, particularly as it may affect the minimum world’s prices and export subsidies.
