Mrs. Gover, Auckland, who has been the guest of Mrs. R. H. Gover, has returned home. Miss J. Buchanan, Hawera, was the guest of Mrs. W. Wilson during the week. Mrs. P. de Launay has returned from a visit to Palmerston North. Mrs. R. C; Clemow, Cambridge, who has been the guest of Mrs. F. Clemow. has returned home. Miss J. Mann is visiting Wellington. Mrs. D. Lupton, who has been the guest of Mrs. H. P. Best, has returned home. Mrs. H. Wills has returned from a short visit to New Plymouth. Mrs. R. H. Gover left on Wednesday for Auckland. . Mrs. J. Bruce Brown was hostess at tea on Tuesday afternoon. Lady Camcross left on Thursday morning for Wellington. Miss M. Cooper left on Monday morning on her return to Wellington. Mrs. Haig, who has been th' guest of Mrs. J, Bruce Brown, has returned' to Woodville. Mrs. H. P. Wills was hostess at a bridge afternoon on Tuesday . Among those present were Lady Camcross, Mrs. McGregor, Mrs. B. Dive, Mrs. Guthrie, Mrs. S. W. Crawford, Mrs. P. de Launay, Mrs. T. Fountain, Mrs. Moore (Foxton), Mrs. Thornley, Mrs. McPherson, Mrs. D. Syme, Mrs. A. Tiplady, Mrs. M. McGarry, Miss A. Wilson, Miss S. Camcross and Miss P. Fountain. Prizes for the best scores were won by Mrs. B. Dive and Mrs. P. de Launay.
