INDIAN TERRORIST ARREST

Calcutta, April 1. , Bepin Behari Canguli, a former councillor of the Calcutta Corporation, who has been wanted since 1931 in connection with terrorist activities, was arrested at Bally Howrah, near Calcutta, in company with an unidentified Bengali youth. The police attach considerable importance to the arrest of Ganguli, for whom "i a reward of £l5O had been offered by the Government.
