SHOWING MODIFIED'VERSION. QUESTION BEFORE COURT. '. . ■ London, March 12. The question, of how far modified the Rasputin film must be before it could again be shown without infringing the injunction order arose in the Appeal Court. Sir William Jowitt, counsel for Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, assured the Court that
everything objectionable had been deleted from the film, and a stay of execution was granted, conditional on damages being paid . into Court, of which £5OOO should be paid to Princess . Yousoupoff, who was recently awarded £25,000 for libel. The Court left counsel to agree to the form of the injunction.
