INGLEWOOD PLUNKET WORK
MONTHLY COMMITTEE MEETING. The monthly meeting of the Inglewood branch of the Plunket Society was held in the rooms on Saturday afternoon, Mrs. E. H. Braybrooke presiding. The secretary (Mrs. H. Winter) was instructed to forward to Mrs. Kaye a letter of sympathy on the death of her mother, Mrs. Meyer. Subscriptions were acknowledged from Mesdames O’Neill, Clough, Wanklyn and Isaacs. Final arrangements were made for the garden party to be held on February 15. The baby show is to be in charge of Mesdames Faris and Judd. The nurse’s report stated that 98 babies were on the books, including six new ones, while 58 older children were under supervision. The rooms were visited during- the month by 74 adults, 72 babies and 25 older children. Five visits were paid by the nurse to the nursing homes.
