Sir Malcolm Campbell and Sir Alan Cobham will start early in February on a gold-hunting expedition in the desolate Kalahari, desert in Sir Alan’s Courier monoplane. Sir Malcolm will also search for a new track for a motor speed attempt. Sir Malcolm has obtained a prospector’s license from, the American authorities and has received information indicating that there is a gold reef somewhere in the Kalahari. He will be accompanied by a mechanic and a geologist.
