FOUR NEW VESSELS ON STOCKS. t • • • UP-TO-DATE MOTOR CRAFT. British Official Wireless. Rec. 5.5 p.m. Rugby, Jan. 25. The Royal National Lifeboat Institution has laid down four new motor lifeboats, which will be ready for service late next summer. The boats will each carry a crew of seven, with accommodation for 30 passengers. They will be stationed at Cromer (Norfolk), Maryport (Cumberland), Coverack (Cornwall) and Flamborough At present there are 120 motor lifeboats and 54 pullingl and sailing lifeboats round the British and Irish coasts.
