SIGNS OF REAL EXPANSION
BRITISH VITAL TRADE INCREASE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Jan. 24. The Board of Trade Journal shows that the retail trade of Britain increased 4.1 per cent, in December, following increases of .6 per cent, in October and 2.8 per cent, in November. The Journal says it seems probable that the rise indicates real expansion.
