FOUND DROWNED IN A WELL
GREATFORD RESIDENTS DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night Stephen Courtney, aged 68, a married man "with a wife and an adult family of four, was found drowned in a well at Greatford this afternoon. Mr. Courtney was seen going to the well for water and as he did not appear in the afternoon a neighbour investigated and found his body in the water, life being extinct.
