Queensland in the first innings made 242 (Cook 32, Levy 47, Oxenham 33 not out, Leeson 34; Fleet-wopd-Smith three for 63, Ironmonger three for 65, Alexander two for 42, Ebeling two for 58). . Victoria, which made 20' in the first Innings, in the second lost four wickets for 155 (Ponsford 54 not out, Bromley 57, Darling 33). Queensland won on the first innings by 38 runs.
