INSURANCE BILL ATTACKED
MAINTENANCE OF UNEMPLOYED.

Rec. 7 p.m. London, Nov. 30. The rejection of the Insurance Bill was moved in the House of Commons to-day by Mr. A. Greenwood on behalf of Labour on the ground that it failed to provide for the maintenance from national funds of all victims of unemployment.
