EXERCISE AND DIET.
HEALTHFUL SLIMMING. A good deal of fun is poked at those who are trying to get slim, but quite often a slimming diet is undertaken more for the sake of health than from vanity! If a slimming diet is carried out on practical lines, it is surprising what beneficial results it can have (states a correspondent). Now before we start on our diet, what we need most of all is exercise, but of the right kind, and that is—in the fresh air. However busy a housewife you may be, do make a rule of a daily walk, in the morning if possible.
