FORMER FOREIGN MINISTER SAILS. BOAT DELAYED FOR HIM AT GENOA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright Rome, Sept 24. The departure of a steamer from Genoa was delayed to enable Abdel Fattah Yehia Pasha, formerly Foreign Minister in Sidky Pasha’s Cabinet, to return to Alexandria from Paris to form a Ministry. Sidky Pasha has resigned owing to ill health.
