NEW ZEALAND PUBLICITY
KING AND QUEEN AT EXHIBITION. ATTRACTIONS OF DOMINION. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright London, July 19. The King and Queen on visiting the advertising exhibition at Olympia to-day were received by Sir Thomas Wilford, New Zealand High Commissioner, at the New Zealand stand, which embraces sections by two New Zealand newspaper groups with a Government court in the centre. . . Sir Thomas Wilford showed their Majesties various exhibits and they were greatly interested. They were specially attracted by a collection of photographs reminding them of their visit to New Zealand. The Queen remarked: “What a lovely country you represent, Sir Thomas,” and the .King said: “They never gave me time to catch any of those rainbow trout when I was in New Zealand.” The New Zealand court depicts, .besides its tourist attractions, the Dominion’s buying capacity in relation to British manufactures. Also, through a prominent notice, it invites inquiries from manufacturers regarding cheap tours and business visits.
