AMERICA UPHOLDS VALIDITY.

An Albany message states that the Court of Appeal has upheld the validity of - 30,000,000 dollars in oil land grants given the Standard Oil and Vacuum Companies by the Soviet Government.

The court held that "the existing government cannot be ignored by this State so far as validity of its acts in Russia are concerned.”
